Additional Terms & Conditions of Attendance

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Luxury Travel Event (“Event”), the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Conduct & Non-Solicitation Policy

The Luxury Travel Event is curated as a premium consumer experience. To protect the integrity of the event and the relationships between partners and advisors, attendees agree that they will not sell, promote, solicit, or be heard selling any products, suppliers, or services to event partners, exhibitors, advisors, or other guests at any time during their attendance.

Failure to comply with this policy may, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser, result in immediate removal from the Event without refund of any fees paid.

2. “1 Hotel Ultimate Staycation” Competition

Entry into the ‘1 Hotel Ultimate Staycation’ competition (in partnership with 1 Hotel and Broadsheet) is subject to the following:

  • One (1) entry per valid ticket purchase

  • Prize draw only applicable to Melbourne edition of The Luxury Travel Event

  • Attendee must be present at the Event on Sunday, 22 February 2026

  • Winner will be announced on 23 February 2026 via telephone then confirmed in writing via email. 

  • The promo code(s): BROADSHEETVIP or 1HOTELVIP must be used at time of ticket purchase

  • By entering, participants consent to their contact details being shared with 1 Hotel Melbourne for future marketing communications

Participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by 1 Hotel Melbourne’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

N.B. FCTG employees are not eligible to win this prize.

3. At-Event Booking Offer – “Book on the Day: Dine in Style”

This exclusive event-only incentive is subject to the following:

  • Valid for bookings made and deposited on 22 February 2026 only

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 (or as required by the individual partner) must be paid at the Event

  • One (1) $300 dining voucher per qualifying booking

  • Subject to availability

  • Voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash 

  • Guest Name and Email Address will be provided to 1 Hotel to confirm dining voucher which will be received via email post event. 

4. Exclusive Partner Offers – Terms & Conditions

Exclusive Partner Offers are extended directly by participating partners and are subject to each partner’s individual booking conditions, fare rules, availability, and capacity controls.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Offers apply to new bookings only

  • Deposits must be paid within the timeframe stated by the partner

  • Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted

  • Offers cannot be redeemed for cash

  • All savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice

  • Are subject to each partner’s full booking conditions.

  • $350 Luxury Gift per booking.

  • Book and deposit within 4 weeks of the event.

  • Valid on new bookings 7 nights or longer only.

  • Subject to A&K booking conditions and availability.

  • Save up to $500 per couple with minimum spend of $5000 per person.

  • Booking and deposit must be made between 22 February – 15 March 2026.

  • Subject to availability, standard fare rules and exclusions apply.

AmaWaterways

  • USD $300 onboard credit per stateroom double occupancy – solo travellers USD$150 credit.

  • Offer expires 8 March 2026.

  • Valid on new bookings only and subject to availability.

ANZCRO Luxury Collection

  • Save $250 per person on guided New Zealand experiences.

  • Booking must be deposited within 7 days of the event.

  • Valid on eligible departures only.

APT Travel Group

  • $500 per couple off trips of 7 days or more.

  • Valid on bookings made and deposited within 7 days of the event.

  • Subject to APT booking conditions.

Aurora Expeditions

  • 35th Anniversary savings of up to 35% on select voyages plus an additional 5% for bookings made by registered attendees. 

  • Book by 31 March 2026.

  • Valid on new bookings only and subject to availability.

Back-Roads Touring

  • $250 off airfare or cruise when booking a departure between June – August 2026 booked with eligible tours.

  • Valid for bookings deposited between 22 February – 1 March 2026.

  • Subject to availability.

Canyon Spirit

  • Save up to AUD $1150 per person on select Rockies to Red Rocks packages.

  • Offer ends 10th March 2026. 

  • After this date $750 saving is offered per couple on select journeys. This offer ends 30 April 2026 .

Celebrity Cruises

  • $100 onboard credit for Veranda+ cabins.

  • Valid for bookings deposited between 22 February – 1 March 2026.

  • Valid on new bookings only.

  • Save up to $3,000 per couple on worldwide tours.

  • Applicable to select departures only.

Explora Journeys

  • Receive up to EUR 600 per suite onboard credit.

  • Valid for bookings made between 22 February – 9 March 2026.

  • Offer tiered by voyage length.

  • Subject to availability and suite category.

Globus Family of Brands: Avalon Waterways & Globus

  • Exclusive Avalon Waterways offer $250pp onboard credit when you book an Avalon Cruise.

  • Exclusive Globus offer, save an additional $150pp on Globus tours.

  • Departures must be 5 days or longer.

  • Booking and deposit must be received within 7 days of the event.

  • Subject to availability and suite category.

G Adventures

  • Receive a 12-month subscription to National Geographic Traveller.

  • Bookings and deposits must be made within 7 days of the event.

  • Valid on eligible departures only.

Heritage Expeditions

  • Between $3000 and $5000 saving per couple on select Japan and Indonesia – Raja Ampat/PNG voyages.
  • Current in market 20% saving on all other voyages.
  • Booking must be made within 7 days of the event.

  • Valid on new bookings only.

HX Expeditions

  • EUR 90 onboard spending credit per person.

  • Valid for new bookings made within 14 days of the event.

  • Savings of $260 per couple & complimentary 2 nights in a 5 star hotel in Buenos Aires in featured package.

  • Subject to availability.

Hurtigruten

  • Bonus “The North Cape” excursion included for select sailings.

  • Valid for new bookings created between 12 February – 31 March 2026.

  • Subject to availability.

  • Prices subject to availability

  • Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and deposit.
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation and may change without notice.
  • Blackout dates and peak period surcharges may apply.
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply at selected properties.
  • Inclusions (such as dining credits, wellness treatments, upgrades or added experiences) are subject to availability and may vary by property.

  • 20% discount on worldwide departures (as advertised).

  • 400 Euro per person onboard credit.

  • Booking must be deposited within 14 days of the event.

    • Save up to AU$2,860 per person plus US$200 shipboard credit (select sailings).

  • USD $300 onboard credit per suite on select sailings.

  • Booking must be deposited within 7 days of the event.

  • $900 per suite on eligible bookings.

  • Valid for bookings opened between 23 February – 8 March 2026.

  • Subject to availability.

Silversea

  • Save up to $600 per person on select 2026 voyages.

  • Valid within 14 days of the event.

  • New bookings only.

Tauck

  • Complimentary pre- or post-night on select 2026 & 2027 departures.

  • Applicable to guests attending the event only.

  • Subject to availability.

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

  • USD $300 onboard credit per suite.

  • Valid on new 2026/2027 bookings deposited within 7 days of the event.

  • Subject to availability.

Viking

  • $200 per person off itineraries of 16 days or more.

  • Valid for new bookings deposited within 7 days of the event.

  • Subject to availability and fare rules.

5. Europ Assistance Gift Card Giveaway – Terms

Promotion Period:

    • The promotion runs from 22 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (inclusive).

Eligibility & Prize:

    • There is one (1) prize, consisting of a $1,000 prepaid gift card.
    • The prize is not transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Draw and Winner Notification:
      The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be announced via their advisor on 23 March 2026.
    • The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of eligible policy purchase.
    • To enter, participants must purchase any Europ Assistance or Travel Associates travel insurance policy during the Promotion Period.
    • Policy numbers must be emailed to: jmcgivern@europ-assistance.com.au by 29 February 2026 to qualify for entry.
    • Policies that are cancelled within the cooling‑off period are not eligible for the prize draw.
    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Europ Assistance and Travel Associates, including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

General Conditions:

    • By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    • Europ Assistance reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms.
    • Europ Assistance is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected emails.
    • Europ Assistance’s decision regarding the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy:

  • Entrants’ details will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with Europ Assistance’s privacy policy.

6. General

These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any ticketing platform terms and the individual booking conditions of participating partners.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably required.
